In every plan
Nothing here is an add-on. The plan changes your rate, not what you can do.
Hosted payment page
Card details never touch your server, which keeps you out of most PCI DSS scope.
Payment links & QR
Collect without a website. Generate a link or DuitNow QR from the back office.
Store plugins
WooCommerce, Shopify, Magento and OpenCart, plus a REST API and sandbox.
Recurring billing
Subscriptions and instalments with automatic retries on failed charges.
3-D Secure 2.0
Liability shift on authenticated card payments, with rules you can tune yourself.
Reconciliation reports
Daily settlement files that match your bank statement line for line.
Multi-user access
Give finance, support and developers their own logins with separate permissions.
Webhooks
Signed callbacks on every status change, with replay for anything your server missed.
Fees you should know about
The charges most gateways leave out of the pricing page. These apply on every plan.
Before you apply
What documents do I need?
SSM registration, director or owner IC, a company bank statement from the last three months, and a working URL showing what you sell. Sole proprietors and Sdn Bhd are both fine.
Can I move up a plan later?
Yes, at any point. You pay the difference in setup fee only, and the new rates apply from the next settlement cycle. There is no charge to move back down at renewal.
Why is my business quoted a different rate?
Rates on this page assume a standard retail or services MCC. Categories that carry higher chargeback risk — travel, ticketing, digital goods, subscriptions with free trials — are priced separately after review.
When does the annual fee renew?
Twelve months from your go-live date, not from when you applied. We invoice 30 days ahead so nothing interrupts your settlements.
Is there a minimum monthly volume?
No minimum and no monthly commitment on Starter or Business. Enterprise terms are set case by case and may include a volume commitment in exchange for the lower rate.
All rates are shown in Malaysian Ringgit and exclude SST where applicable. Estimates are indicative only — your final rate depends on your business category and is confirmed in your merchant agreement. Rates may be revised with 30 days’ written notice.
